In this specific sector, the production batches are generally very small, and this pushes the manufacturer to have to set up the production line several times a day; with this in mind, we have worked on an efficient and intuitive loading system, which allows automatic work, and which can also be set up in a few steps, allowing the line to be quickly prepared for production and maintain productivity over time.
This type of furnace has a fully electronic 3-axis Cartesian loading system managed by brushless motors, which uses a pneumatically actuated gripper to pick up the pieces from the loading chain, previously selected and oriented by a mechanical system, and to deposit them without impact on the furnace hotline.
As with all our machines, this type of oven can be fully customized and equipped with different technical solutions.
For the products to be treated in this type of furnace, radiant chambers are particularly suitable, where heating is semi-direct, i.e., with a flame in the chamber, but directed towards the furnace vault, which makes it possible to obtain a higher temperature uniformity and to oxidize the pieces much less, with a consequent increase in the quality of the finished product, which is also easier to manage in the subsequent finishing phases (polishing, electroplating).
